The Oaks at Nipomo wants to make the move-in process easy for you and your loved one. We offer simple, month-to-month rental agreements. There is no long-term lease or buy-in fee required. Monthly rent includes: dining, activities, transportation, housekeeping, laundry service and utilities. Phone service is offered at an additional fee.

Assistance service levels are provided in addition to the amenities in the base rent. Each resident will be assessed prior to admission and regularly scheduled thereafter, to determine levels of personal assistance needed to care for your loved one.
